I studied massage therapy at Oregon School of Massage in 2006. I fell in love with bodywork and find my career incredibly rewarding. I've had a chance to witness so much healing in peoples bodies since I started and am honored to be a part of it!

I specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point, MVA, pre-natal/pregnancy massage, massage cupping and swedish massage. I'm a native Oregonian and have been practicing massage for the last 5 yrs in both clinical and spa settings.

When I'm not working you'll find me exploring the amazing outdoors hiking, running, fishing, playing with my family on the beach, playing softball, as well as discovering new restaurants and breweries in the Northwest.
